Ok, got a couple hours in this weekend...

I picked up two sheets of 4'x8' ply from the Home Depot and had them rip it down to 44" x 90". I then cut the corners to make the table oval. The first sheet I cut out a 2" track. The inner section of this piece will be the playing surface. The 2" track will be the bottom the rail. The second sheet I cut out a 5" track, this will be the top of the rail and the inner oval will be the underside of the table.

Normally that would be it and I would put on the foam, attach the playing surface, and glue on the rail foam then staple the vinyl onto the rail. But no, I had to try and raise the rail!!?? The foam, speed cloth and vinyl should be coming in today.
